Thanks for shopping at Outside the Box online! 
Our online store offers convenient online shopping across our wide range of popular alcohol & liquor products.

When you complete an order you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your Order Number plus all your delivery information.

For Delivery via Courier:
Select “Delivery” option at Checkout and you will be offered a shipping rate to choose from. 
We use The Courier Guy to fulfill orders.
Delivery rates are calculated on weight, size & address location.
Turnaround times for courier delivery will depend on the option chosen in Checkout.

Track your orders by inserting your waybill number for The Courier Guy here - Tracking number will be stated on your Order Confirmation.

For Self-collection:
Select "Collection" option at Checkout and you will see the Address of our warehouses - select one.
You are welcome to collect your order between 9:00am-16:00pm Monday to Friday from the collection address.
*Please check that your order is ready before collecting

Terms:

• Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, order requests will be processed within 2-7 working days, confirmed and handed over thereafter to a courier company for delivery to the address as given by you.
• Outside the Box will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
• For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, Outside the Box will be in contact with you to arrange an alternative address
• Outside the Box will supply all goods to the courier company in good order.
• Cancelled orders via email will be refunded after deduction of a 20% charge for administration and packaging costs. This is providing the order had not been collected by the courier company. 
• Outside the Box reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient. 
  Should Outside the Box exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
